CONCLUSIONS: In dedicated units, open surgical DTAA and TAAA repair in patients with CTD can be performed with a very low risk of death, severe complications and, late re-intervention. ConclusionSubarachnoid hyperdensity in head CT scans within the first 24 hours after mechanical thrombectomy is relatively archetypal. Long-term outcomes of mechanical versus biological valve prosthesis in native mitral valve infective endocarditis
