Transcultural adaptation and validation of Kannada version of the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Conclusions: Ka-NIHSS is a valid and reliable tool for assessing neurological deficits in Kannada-speaking stroke patients.

The impact of time to reperfusion on recanalization rates and outcome after mechanical thrombectomy: A single center experience
Conclusions: The recanalization rates were similar in patients irrespective of the time to reperfusion from stroke onset. The functional outcome was not inferior in late presenters selected by advanced imaging.

Comparison of Extramedullary and Intramedullary Implants for Stable Intertrochanteric Fractures: Have We Swung the Pendulum Too Far the Other Way?
DISCUSSION: Our study found that extramedullary implants were associated with lower transfusions rates, lower readmissions, and better patient disposition.
