Managing uncertainty: Physicians' decision-making for stroke prevention for patients with atrial fibrillation and intracerebral haemorrhage
Conclusion Physicians described the process of deciding on stroke prevention in patients with AF post-ICH as 'challenging' due to considerable 'clinical equipoise'. Key factors that affected decision-making was patient comorbidities, functional status, and patient willingness to engage with oral anticoagulation therapy. ConclusionsCompared to the drip-and-ship, the drive-the-doctor triage model for patients with LVO ischemic stroke in primary centers seems to guarantee a shorter time to the start of the endovascular procedure and to recanalization in our region.

Air pollution and surrounding greenness in relation to ischemic stroke: A population-based cohort study
CONCLUSIONS: Higher incidence of IS was observed in relation to long-term exposures to air pollution, particularly NO2, in a region that meets European health-based air quality standards.
