Detailed phenotype of < em > RNF213 < /em > p.R4810K variant identified by the Chinese patients with acute ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack
CONCLUSIONS: The RNF213 p.R4810K variant was associated with LAA, anterior circulation stenosis and ECAS in Chinese patients. Given the low carrying rate and only 1-year follow-up information, caution should be taken to interpret our findings in no statistically significant association between the p.R4810K variant and stroke prognosis in Chinese patients.PMID:37137523 | DOI:10.1136/svn-2022-002276

Assessment of rehabilitation following intracerebral hemorrhage in China: findings from the Chinese stroke center alliance
This study showed that the rate of rehabilitation assessment was 74.2%, which is low. Rehabilitation assessment was associated with longer hospital stays and lower mortality. Clinical Characteristics  of Inpatients With New-Onset Diabetes Mellitus in Eastern China: Based on Novel Clustering Analysis
ConclusionsThe inpatients with new-onset diabetes in Eastern China had the unique clustering distribution. The clinical characteristics, treatments, and diabetes-related complications and comorbidities of the five subgroups were different, which may provide the basis for precise treatments of diabetes.

Death and cardiovascular outcomes in end-stage renal failure patients on different modalities of dialysis
CONCLUSION: The short-term incidence of death and AMI remains high in Singapore. Future studies should investigate the benefits of a tighter control of cardiovascular risk factors among ESRF patients on dialysis.PMID:35373236
