COVID-19 associated with sensorimotor polyradiculoneuropathy and skin lesions: A case report

Fecal Microbiota Transplantation in Neurological Disorders
Conclusions: Preliminary literature suggests that FMT may be a promising treatment option for several neurological disorders. However, available evidence is still scanty and some contrasting results were observed. A limited number of studies in humans have been performed or are ongoing, while for some disorders only animal experiments have been conducted. Large double-blinded randomized controlled trials are needed to further elucidate the effect of FMT in neurological disorders.

Conclusion Neurological involvement is a common complication of PSV (Table 1), and neurologists play an important role in the identification and diagnosis of PSV patients with otherwise unexplained neurological symptoms as their chief complaint. Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection presenting as stroke and meningoencephalitis with aortic and subclavian aneurysms without pulmonary involvement- a rare case report (P5.122)
Conclusion Mycoplasma infection should be considered in patients presenting with fever, aseptic meningitis and stoke even in absence of respiratory symptoms.
