ConclusionsThe FAISSR to groin puncture time over 24  h may not be a taboo for EVT and it may be safe and effective for AIS-LVO/S in anterior cerebral circulation, especially with lower preoperative NIHSS scores.

ConclusionPatients with HMCAS treated with EVT do not have a worse outcome at 3  months compared with no-HMCAS patients. Patients with HMCAS required a greater number of thrombus passes and longer procedure times.

Predictors of favorable outcome after mechanical thrombectomy for anterior circulation acute ischemic stroke in octogenarians
Conclusions There is no reason to withhold mechanical thrombectomy on the basis of age alone. Small infarct core, low NIHSS, male gender and use of IVT are associated with a better functional outcome.

ConclusionMinimizing arrival-to-puncture time is important for outcomes. Real-world challenges exist in an MRI-based EVT selection protocol; avoiding double imaging is key to saving time. A prognostic model for interventional thrombectomy in patients with acute ischemic stroke based on a BP neural network, random forest model and decision tree model
CONCLUSION: The three prediction models have shown good diagnostic efficacy and stability in the preliminary study of the prognosis of AIS mediated thrombectomy, which has important guiding significance for clinical prognosis assessment and selection of appropriate surgical population.
