Late Breaking Abstract - Balloon Pulmonary Angioplasty for the Treatment of Non Operable Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension - Initial experience of a Belgian Center
Conclusion: In our cohort, we demonstrated that BPA improves most of the haemodynamics variables, including stroke volume index and pulmonary arterial compliance, without severe adverse events. Further studies for the long term efficacy of BPA are required.
