Factors associated with early improvement after intravenous thrombolytic treatment in acute ischemic stroke
CONCLUSION: : Management of factors associated with ENI and determination of treatment strategies accordingly are important for obtaining a better clinical outcome. It can help quickly select patients, who, even though they will not respond to rt-PA, may be appropriate candidates for bridging therapy.PMID:34706632 | DOI:10.1080/01616412.2021.1996980

Association between Short-Term Blood Pressure Variability and Intracranial Atherosclerotic Plaque Vulnerability: A High-Resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study
CONCLUSION: nighttime diastolic BP CV and 24-h BPVR were associated with intracranial IPH independently, especially in the elderly and subjects with hypertension.PMID:34707024 | DOI:10.5551/jat.63164

Magnetic resonance imaging quantitative T2* mapping to predict the red blood cell content of in vivo thrombi retrieved from patients with large vessel occlusions in acute ischemic stroke
CONCLUSION: Our study shows that a shorter thrombus-T2* relaxation time is related to a higher red blood cell content within in vivo thrombi.PMID:34559000 | DOI:10.1177/15910199211042473
