Stroke Seasonality and Weather Association in a Middle East Country: A Single Tertiary Center Experience
Conclusions: In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, our study found no impact of weather or seasonal variations on stroke incidence, hospital course, or outcomes. However, our findings warrant further research in different country regions.

Incidence and Risk Factors for Antiplatelet Therapy –Related Bleeding Complications Among Elderly Patients After Coronary Stenting: A Multicenter Retrospective Observation
Conclusion: A higher PRECISE-DAPT score of 33 might be a more reasonable cutoff value for predicting BARC ≥2 type bleeding risk in CAD patients (≥75 years). In addition, the history of hemorrhagic stroke, peptic ulcer, and myocardial infarction were identified as the risk factors of BARC ≥2 type bleeding events.

ConclusionsCOVID19(+) patients presenting with SAH were younger than COVID(-) controls, and there was a trend toward underrepresentation of Hispanic patients in the COVID(+) group. ConclusionElective neurointerventional case numbers decreased as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly impacting the fourth quarter of the 2019-2020 academic year (April - June). Similarly, there was a sizable decrease in diagnostic neuroradiology case volume during this same time period. The decrease in procedural and diagnostic neuroradiology cases raised concerns regarding the educational experience for both diagnostic and neurointerventional radiology fellows.
