Prevalence and associated relating factors in patients with hereditary retinal dystrophy: a nationwide population-based study in Taiwan
Conclusions 74% of the diagnosed HRD are retinitis pigmentosa. Population-based data suggested an increased incidence of cataract in younger patients, whereas older HRD patients are more susceptible to develop CME. Further work is needed to elucidate the mechanism between these ophthalmological disorders and HRD.

Isotemporal Substitution of Sedentary Behavior with Moderate- to Vigorous- Physical Activity Is Associated with Lower Risk of Disability: A Prospective Longitudinal Cohort Study
CONCLUSIONS: Replacing SB with MVPA was associated with a lower risk of disability. These findings are helpful for establishing disability prevention strategies.IMPACT: These results suggest that feasible changes in daily behavior, such as replacing 10 minutes of SB with MVPA daily, might have a protective effect on disability incidence. Savings of loss-of-life expectancy and lifetime medical costs from prevention of spinal cord injuries: analysis of nationwide data followed for 17 years
Conclusions We conclude that quadriplegia has a higher impact on medical costs than paraplegia, and MV-related SCI has a higher impact on loss-of-LE than fall-related SCI. We recommend comprehensive SCI prevention be established, including infrastructures of construction and transportation.
