A Novel Anti-Thrombotic, Glenzocimab, in Covid-19 acute respiratory distress syndrome (Cov-ARDS).
Conclusion: The GARDEN study was set up to tackle a global Public Health emergency. Glenzocimab was safe in doses three times higher than used in stroke. Albeit efficacy was not shown, overall, GARDEN provides insights into Cov-ARDS.

Ninety-seven cases of experiences with the left thoracotomy approach for off-pump conventional revascularization: a retrospective cohort study
CONCLUSIONS: Left thoracotomy for conventional revascularization is a safe procedure for appropriately selected patients, with few early complications and good early and mid-term results. Partial upper sternotomy for aortic valve replacement provides similar mid-term outcomes as the full sternotomy
