Identification and validation of Osteopontin and receptor for hyaluronic acid-mediated motility (RHAMM, CD168) for potential immunotherapeutic significance of in lung squamous cell carcinoma
CONCLUSIONS: By using integrated bioinformatics, we have identified CD168 and OPN as DEGs with poor prognosis in LUSC and have validated their interaction in the ECM receptor pathway. These genes could be potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets for LUSC patients undergoing immunotherapy.PMID:35334357 | DOI:10.1016/j.intimp.2022.108715

Circ_0044516 Regulates miR-136/MAT2A Pathway to Facilitate Lung Cancer Development
J Immunol Res. 2021 Jun 24;2021:5510869. doi: 10.1155/2021/5510869. eCollection 2021.ABSTRACTCircular RNA (circRNA) is a type of noncoding RNA that can interact with miRNAs to regulate gene expression. However, little is known concerning circRNA, which is crucial in the pathogenesis of lung cancer. To date, limited studies have explored the role of circ_0044516 in lung cancer progression. Recently, we observed that circ_0044516 expression levels were obviously elevated in lung cancer tissues and cells. A549 and SPCA1 cells were transfected with circ_0044516 siRNA. We observed that knockdown of circ_0044516 dramatically rep...

< em > PRPS2 < /em > Enhances Resistance to Cisplatin via Facilitating Exosomes-mediated Macrophage M2 Polarization in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Conclusions: In conclusion, PRPS2 potentiates resistance to DDP by promoting exosome-mediated macrophage M2 polarization in NSCLC.PMID:34251965 | DOI:10.1080/08820139.2021.1952217
