Linc-ROR promotes invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer by activating epithelial-mesenchymal transition
CONCLUSION: Linc-ROR can regulate cell invasion and metastasis by activating the epithelial-mesenchymal transition process partially through Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway in the gastric cancer cells. Link-ROR may be an important molecule for the metastasis of gastric cancer.PMID:35900480 | DOI:10.4103/ijpm.ijpm_696_21

Gamma-aminobutyric Acid Type A Receptor Subunit Delta as a Potential Therapeutic Target in Gastric Cancer
CONCLUSION: We identified GABRD as novel regulator of GC cell growth and function. GABRD is upregulated in GC tissue and is associated with poor prognosis, suggesting that it may be a potential therapeutic target for GC.PMID:36127526 | DOI:10.1245/s10434-022-12573-2
