Solution for Difficult Problems: Thumb Dislocation
Finger dislocations in general are relatively simple to identify and treat, but ligament, tendon, or volar plate injuries are often missed. Thumb dislocations can present with or without lacerations, and are often associated with ligamentous injuries. An injured thumb is almost always treated with splinting. Follow-up for these injuries is crucial. Radiographs are useful in locating the areas of injury and identifying avulsion fractures.Thumb dislocation in a 24-year-old man 12 hours after injury.Listen to the patient's story to identify the mechanism by which the injury occurred because mimicking this mechanism is typi...

A 7-Pound Premature Baby Died After Receiving 8 Vaccine Doses, Her Death Was Blamed On Co-Sleeping Instead Of The Toxic Vaccines
Conclusion Medical examiners are putting the blame on parents for co-sleeping, while completely ignoring the vaccines given to the child hours or days before, when investigating these infant deaths. They will also relate an infant’s death to poisoning of the body due to something the child ingested or inhaled, but not from the poisons injected through the vaccines. [29] In the state of Louisiana, health officials have been applauded for having fairly high vaccination rates, but at the same time, Louisiana has consistently been ranked one of the worst states in the nation for having high infant mortality rates, but nowher...

Mother ’s Milk and the Environment: Might Chemical Exposures Impair Lactation?
New mothers who quit breastfeeding earlier than they had wanted often chalk it up to not being able to produce enough milk. But a handful of researchers are exploring whether certain environmental exposures may affect some women’s ability to lactate.© Tony Anderson/Getty Images Lactation support includes teaching women techniques to breastfeed and build their milk supply, as well as reassuring them of their ability to nourish their infants.© Phanie/Alamy Stock Photo Education and counseling have been important tools in boosting breastfeeding rates, after decades of marketing mess...

13 Year-Old Boy Permanently Disabled from Chicken Pox Vaccine Wins His Case in Vaccine Court
Conclusion Doctors often assure parents that vaccines are safe, using phrases like “one in a million” and “rare” to describe adverse reactions. Yet, with sad stories like RD’s, thousands of adverse events reported to VAERS, and the creation of a special court for vaccine injuries, informed parents know those vaccine safety claims are simply not true. If you have not already done so, please consider the overall safety of vaccinations. A federal program has awarded billions of dollars, through an arduous, emotionally painful process, to people whose family members have suffered injury or death at the legally protec...

Extensive swelling of the limb and systemic symptoms after a fourth dose of acellular pertussis containing vaccines in England in children aged 3-6years.
Abstract Extensive limb swelling (ESL) after a booster dose of acellular pertussis (aP) containing vaccine can cause concern and has the potential to be confused with cellulitis. In the United Kingdom aP-containing vaccine was introduced for primary immunisation at 2, 3 and 4months of age in 2004, with the first cohorts eligible to receive a fourth dose in 2007 at school entry. We assessed the frequency of ESL (here defined as swelling >100mms diameter) in 973 children receiving a fourth dose of one of four aP vaccines given combined with inactivated polio, tetanus and either low dose diphtheria (TdaP/IPV) or h...

Trismus as a Clinical Manifestation of Tetanus: A Case Report.
This study reports on a case of generalized tetanus diagnosed in a middle-aged man. Before the tetanus diagnosis, the patient had sought medical advice from seven different health care professionals, including a dentist and an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. The patient reported trismus and dysphagia as his main complaints. The suspicion of tetanus emerged from the patient's manifestations in conjunction with his history of trauma and his agricultural occupation. The patient underwent successful treatment including administration of muscle relaxants, antibiotics, and booster vaccination doses of tetanus toxoid as well as a...

The Dangerous Expansion of Adult Vaccinations
Conclusion The vaccination comprises a misguided and unsafe national health care program which claims to prevent disease. Many significant health injuries are associated with vaccinating adults. Government resources are being spent researching and developing new and different vaccinations. Subjecting adults to more vaccinations is likely to cause more health injury and illness. How to Protect Yourself if You are Force-Vaccinated
Conclusions Avoiding vaccines is the best line of defense against exposure to dangerous toxins. If one is faced with the necessity to vaccinate, there are several important health measures which may reduce damage. Not vaccinating when ill, and spreading out vaccinations as much as possible can reduce likelihood of vaccine damage. Use of a cold pack immediately following vaccination can help block an immune reaction. Use of vitamin C before and after vaccination is considered critical. Deciding on a protocol inclusive of several antioxidants including vitamins D3 and E is important. Smoothies made with celery and parsley an...

A randomized trial of the effect of vaccine injection speed on acute pain in infants.
CONCLUSION: Fast injection reduced injection-induced pain in infants receiving DTaP-IPV-Hib but not PCV vaccine. Fast injections are recommended when administering vaccines because of the potential for a reduction in pain, feasibility and practicality. TRIAL REGISTRATION: NCT02504398. Vaccines Blamed for Alarming Increase in Seizure Disorders Among Children
Conclusion Epilepsy is a serious medical condition with far-reaching implications for children, adults, and their families who are affected by this neurological disorder. Many different vaccines put children at an increased risk of developing epilepsy, and the effects of suffering repeated seizures can last for years or for a lifetime. Has your child suffered a seizure following vaccination? If so, please share your story in the comments below, and share this article with other parents to help them learn about the true risks of vaccines.   References: http://www.examiner.com/article/parents-question-vaccines… h...

The safety and reactogenicity of a reduced-antigen-content diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis (dTpa) booster vaccine in healthy Vietnamese children.
Abstract Despite effective infant immunization against pertussis, the disease continues to circulate due to waning immunity. Booster vaccinations against pertussis beyond infancy are widely recommended. In Vietnam, however, no recommendations for pertussis boosters beyond the second year of life exist. This open-label, single-centre study was designed to assess the safety of a single booster dose of reduced-antigen-content-diphtheria-tetanus-acellular-pertussis vaccine (dTpa) in 300 healthy Vietnamese children (mean age 7.9years), who had completed primary vaccination against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis. Acetaminophen: A Catalyst to Autism
Conclusion Autism rates in the U.S. have reached epidemic proportions. One in 36 boys now has some form of autism. Autism rates have increased exponentially since the increase in the vaccine schedule set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The increase in the number of childhood vaccines coincides with the 1986 ruling, exempting vaccine manufacturers from liability. If we have increased the number of vaccines a child receives, we have, in turn, increased the number of toxins a child is exposed to. [3] If we have increased the toxic burden on our children, we need to take a critical look at acetaminophe...
