Wharton's Jelly Mesenchymal Stem Cells-derived Exosomes and Imipenem in Combination Reduce Apoptosis and Inflammatory Responses in E.coli-infected HepG2 Cells
In this study, we investigated the immunomodulatory effect of Wharton's jelly MSC-derived exosomes in combination with imipenem on HepG2 cells infected with Escherichia col i.MSC-derived exosomes were separated from MSCs, which were isolated by flow cytometry. Scanning electron microscopy and dynamic light scanning were used to confirm the presence of exosomes.
