LncRNA LINC00184 promotes docetaxel resistance and immune escape via miR-105-5p/PD-L1 axis in prostate cancer
CONCLUSIONS: LINC00184 promoted docetaxel resistance and immune escape in prostate cancer cells by adsorption of miR-105-5p, resulted in upregulation of the expression of PD-L1. IR-induced ALI was established by 40 min ischemia followed by 60 min reperfusion in isolated perfused rat lungs. In this study, we analyzed the potential regulatory role of nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) on NADPH oxidase 1 (NOX1) in tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)-induced inflammation and oxidative stress in human type II alveolar epithelial cells.
