Natural Language Processing Method Accurately Classifies and Extracts Unstructed Data from Stroke Admission and Progress Notes (P4.288)
CONCLUSIONS: Notes associated with stroke-related ICD9 codes has a closer association with the the training data as compared to notes that did not have a stroke associated ICD9 code (36.5 linear degrees of agreement versus 40.5 degrees). This method allowed for greater than 80% identification of patients with stroke related conditions.Disclosure: Dr. Franc has nothing to disclose.

COAST (Coordinating Options for Acute Stroke Therapy): An Advance Directive for Stroke.
CONCLUSIONS: COAST is an advance directive for stroke designed to make stroke care more efficient, optimize patients' autonomy, improve the quality of healthcare, and streamline the ethical management of complex care decisions in acute stroke. The inherent benefit of COAST is in providing patients and their families with more information regarding stroke and its treatment options, allowing them to take a more active role in their care. Individual and Joint Effects of Early-Life Ambient PM2.5 Exposure and Maternal Prepregnancy Obesity on Childhood Overweight or Obesity
Conclusions: In the present study, we observed that early life exposure to PM2.5 may play an important role in the early life origins of COWO and may increase the risk of COWO in children of mothers who were overweight or obese before pregnancy beyond the risk that can be attributed to MPBMI alone. Psychosis Polyrisk Score (PPS) for the Detection of Individuals At-Risk and the Prediction of Their Outcomes
Conclusions The combination of risk/protective factors encompassing genetic (PRS) and non-genetic information (PPS) holds promise for overcoming the epidemiological weakness of the CHR-P paradigm. The PPS conceptually and empirically developed here will facilitate future research in this field and hopefully advance our ability to detect individuals at-risk for psychosis and forecast their clinical outcomes. The Predictive Capacity of the Buffalo Concussion Treadmill Test After Sport-Related Concussion in Adolescents
Conclusion This study found that the ΔHR (HRt minus resting HR) correlated with duration of clinical recovery in participants who were prescribed relative rest or a placebo-stretching program but not for participants prescribed sub-threshold aerobic exercise. A ΔHR of ≤50 bpm on the BCTT was 73% sensitive and 78% specific for predicting delayed recovery in concussed adolescents prescribed the current standard of care (i.e., cognitive and physical rest). Identification of generalized convulsive status epilepticus from emergency medical service records: a validation study of diagnostic coding.
Conclusions: EMS diagnostic impressions have reasonable PPV and specificity but low sensitivity for GCSE.
