Mirror Therapy for Lower-Extremity Hemiparesis: A Knowledge Translation Study Using an Educational Module to Change Physiotherapists' Perceptions

The cognitive augmented mobility program (CAMP): feasibility and preliminary efficacy.
CONCLUSIONS: Preliminary results suggest CAMP is feasible; there may be a beneficial effect of combining best evidence for mobility and fitness with cognitive strategy training. Associations between executive function and physical function poststroke: a pilot study
Conclusions: Executive dysfunction is a common sequel poststroke which may negatively affect physical performance. Physiotherapists should consider executive dysfunction when developing rehabilitation strategies to improve physical function poststroke.

Characterization of individuals with acquired brain injury in working age
Conclusion: the average age of the individuals of this study is inferior to other national studies; the level of education is low; the previous occupations in relation to the lesion were low financial income and the retirement post-injury rate is high. Neurological sequelae negatively impact on life/health of individuals, and therapeutic resources are incomplete.

Effectiveness of the conductive educational approach added to conventional physiotherapy in the improvement of gait parameters of poststroke patients: randomized-controlled pilot study
Our objective was to assess the benefits of the conductive education (CE) approach added to conventional physiotherapy in gait functions of poststroke, hemiparetic patients. A randomized-controlled trial was designed in a rehabilitation clinic. Late and chronic poststroke patients with gait disturbances (n=17, median age: 55 years, range: 41–72 years) were enrolled in the study. All patients received conventional physiotherapy.
