A Novel lncRNA Regulates the Toll-Like Receptor Signaling Pathway and Related Immune Function by Stabilizing FOS mRNA as a Competitive Endogenous RNA
In conclusion, our study shows that the novel lncRNA- XLOC_098131 plays a key role in the molecular mechanism underlying the immune function mediated by DA. This study provides new insight into the molecular mechanisms through which DA affects the Toll-like receptor signaling pathway-related immune response and the mechanisms through which lncRNAs regulate mRNA expression. As direct target genes, miR-548s plays important roles in mediating the regulation of FOS by the lncRNA- XLOC_098131 to affect immunity.
