Eustachian tube dysfunction in patients with house dust mite-allergic rhinitis
ConclusionsAR patients, especially those with severe nasal obstruction, could have ETD. The local conditions of the pharyngeal orifices of the eustachian tubes are closely related to the symptoms of ETD. Rhinologic Procedures in the Era of COVID-19: Health-care Provider Protection Protocol.

Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS1.0318 Ameliorates Impaired Intestinal Immunity and Metabolic Disorders in Cyclophosphamide-Treated Mice
Conclusion In conclusion, the present study showed that the oral administration of L. plantarum KLDS1.0318 normalized the parameters altered by CTX-induced toxicities, strengthening intestinal health by regulating the Th1/Th2 balance, ameliorating the intestinal morphology and improving profiles of intestinal microbiota and metabolism. Therefore, our findings suggested that the administration of L. plantarum KLDS1.0318 could be of significant advantage in reducing intestinal immunity impairment caused by cyclophosphamide. Lack of additional effects of long ‐term, low‐dose clarithromycin combined treatment compared with topical steroids alone for chronic rhinosinusitis in China: a randomized, controlled trial
ConclusionThe combination of CLM + BUD for the treatment of first‐time‐diagnosed CRS in this Chinese population cohort did not show a better effect compared with a single BUD regimen, but it may have a better effect in some patients with increased IL‐6 or IL‐8.
