Unmet Need for Sexual Rehabilitation after Acquired Brain Injury (ABI): A Cross-Sectional Study Concerning Sexual Activity, Sexual Relationships, and Sexual Rehabilitation after ABI
This study aims to explore experiences after non-stroke ABI concerning individual and relational aspects of sexuality, received information about sexuality at rehabilitation, and gender differences. A postal nationwide survey was conducted in Sweden, 2018 –2019. The sample included individuals who had participated in brain injury rehabilitation 2014–2016, response rate 40% (250/624). Health literacy is associated with less depression symptoms, higher perceived recovery, higher perceived participation, and walking ability one year after stroke - a cross-sectional study
CONCLUSION: The association between health literacy and mental, physical, and social functioning 12-months post-discharge suggests that health literacy is an important factor to consider in post-stroke rehabilitation. Physical inactivity before stroke is associated with dependency in basic activities of daily living 3 months after stroke
ConclusionThe findings of this study suggest that physical inactivity before stroke is associated with dependency in basic ADL 3 months after stroke. In addition, older age, female sex, pre-stroke living conditions, need for help, previous stroke, and admission stroke severity are significant contributors to dependency.

Epilepsy in patients with congenital heart disease: A nationwide cohort study
ConclusionsIn this nationwide, register-based cohort study, we found an almost fourfold increased risk of epilepsy in patients with CHD compared to controls; however, the absolute risk was low. Among the identified risk factors, stroke may be potentially preventable.
