E-135 Dejerine-roussy syndrome in the setting of right sigmoid sinus thrombosis: a unique case report
DiscussionThis case illustrates the important clinical aspects and physical findings needed to diagnose DRS. The presence of focal allodynia and hyperalgesia with recent cerebrovascular incidents provides significant evidence for DRS. The purpose of this case is to provide awareness and to increase clinical suspicion of DRS during examination, especially in the setting of cerebral venous sinus occlusion as infarction alone may not present as atypical allodynia.Disclosures S. Acute Occupational and Physical Therapy for COVID-19 Patients: A Retrospective Cohort Study
In March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the novel coronavirus strain SARS-CoV2 (the virus causing COVID-19) a global pandemic.24 The severity of illness in those exhibiting symptoms ranges from mild (cough, shortness of breath, fatigue) to severe (acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), thrombosis, stroke, and death).4,11 Patients have also acquired acute polyradiculoneuritis (Guillain Barre syndrome) at a disproportionately high rate, contributing to functional limitations that require specialized and intensive rehabilitation.

E-114 Rescue suction mechanical thrombectomy of medium-small vessel occlusion in a pediatric patient presented with acute ischemic stroke
ConclusionEndovascular aspiration mechanical thrombectomy of MSVO is feasible in pediatric patients presenting with AIS and associated with good functional outcome. Additionally, when acute ongoing neurological deficit is present and CTA is inconclusive, a digital subtraction angiography is deemed needed to identify MSVO as the yields of CTA diminishes significantly beyond LVO. Care for Patients with Stroke During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Suggestions for Preventing Secondary Stroke
Infection with the novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 causes the development of the novel 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and associated clinical symptoms, which typically presents as an upper respiratory syndrome such as pneumonia. Growing evidence indicates an increased prevalence of neurological involvement (e.g., in the form of stroke) during virus infection. COVID-19 has been suggested to be more than a lung infection because it affects the vasculature of the lungs and other organs and increases the risk of thrombosis.

Discussion Microcephaly is usually defined as an occipitofrontal head circumference (OFC) more than 2 standard deviations (SD) below the mean for sex, age and ethnicity.
