ConclusionsAt our hospital, no significant gender differences were observed in the occurrence of NLE, and a predominance of skin, blood, liver, and heart involvement was observed. Patients with multiple central nervous system injuries and organ involvement are more likely to have growth retardation. Association between maternal gestational diabetes and allergic diseases in offspring: a birth cohort study

Hypoglycemia Caused by Exogenous Insulin Antibody Syndrome: A Large Single-Center Case Series from China
CONCLUSION: Predisposing factors for autoimmune hypoglycemia caused by exogenous insulin antibody syndrome include a strong autoimmune background. Susceptible HLA genotypes for type 1 diabetes or insulin autoimmune syndrome might not explain susceptibility to this condition. Additionally, insulin autoantibodies and the insulin/C-peptide molar ratio are reliable screening options. The prognosis for this condition is favorable.
