Clopidogrel monotherapy versus Aspirin monotherapy in patients with established cardiovascular disease: systematic review and meta-analysis

Indobufen or Aspirin on Top of Clopidogrel after Coronary Drug-eluting Stent Implantation (OPTION): a Randomized, Open-label, Endpoint-blinded, Non-inferiority Trial

Inadequate response to antiplatelet therapy in patients with peripheral artery disease: a prospective cohort study
CONCLUSIONS: Patients suffering from cardiovascular events and mortality were characterized by prior cardiovascular events as compared to patients who did not experience any events. Antiplatelet therapy was not optimally protective despite high medication adherence, and HTPR was independently associated with the occurrence of events. Safety outcomes of anti-platelet therapy post coronary artery bypass graft surgery: A systematic review and network meta-analysis of randomized control trials
CONCLUSION: No significant difference was found between monotherapy or dual-antiplatelet therapy for the major bleeding risk safety outcome, however DAPT was found to have a significantly higher rate of minor bleeding complications post-CABG.
