Credit: Charles Mpaka/IPSBy Charles MpakaBLANTYRE, Jan 9 2023 (IPS) On March 3, 2022, Malawi declared a cholera outbreak after a district hospital in the southern region reported a case. Russia’s war on Ukraine is inflicting terrible suffering in Eastern Europe and driving up food and energy prices around the world.
