Complex Anal Case
Love to know what others think. Got a lady with extramammary pagets of the perineal area with an associated invasive adenocarcinoma involving the entire anal canal and peri-anal soft tissues with extension to the left labia and multiple 1/5-3 cm bilateral inguinal nodes with no distant disease.
