Acrocyanosis vs ischemia
Why doesn't we see cyanosis in the visceral organs during stenosis (ischemia) (liver, heart,spleen...) like in the skin during some time after vasospasm (Raynaud synfrome) or due to some other cause of permanent stenosis/ischemia (peripheral arterial occlusive desease)? Sorry for stupid question( After all, pathogenesis is the same. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

How disruptive could SBRT be for Interventional Oncology?
There is a pretty active thread going on SIR Connect about the use of SBRT instead of RFA/Cryo/MW, etc. for HCC, any solid tumor met to the liver, lung, and potentially others. In my experience, liver transplant management is the most unique/difficult, and thus harder to replace, what with the coagulopathy, AB derangements, and massive transfusion. Individually those challenges can be found in most sick... *Opinion Survey* Importance of transplant cases in training - resident/fellow input appreciated (Source: Student Doctor Network)
