Stereotactic Radiotherapy in Early-Stage Breast Cancer in Neoadjuvant and Exclusive Settings: A Systematic Review
Conclusions: Relative low toxicity rates, the reduced treatment volumes in the neoadjuvant setting, and the possibility to replace surgery when not feasible in exclusive setting resulted to be main advantages for SBRT in BC. Current evidence shows that both the neoadjuvant and the definitive settings seem to be promising clinical scenarios for SBRT, especially for EBC.Oncol Res Treat (Source: Oncology Research and Treatment)

Pan-HER tyrosine kinase inhibitor pyrotinib enhances radiosensitivity via ERK1/2 pathway in HER2-positive gastric cancer
Conclusions: Our results demonstrated that pyroti nib can induce radiosensitivity in HER2-positive gastric cancer in vivo and in vitro. This effect is through reducing irradiation-induced HER2 entry into the nucleus and inhibiting ERK1/2 signaling pathway. (Source: Oncology Research and Treatment)
