Known for most clinical exposure?
Where do students get the most clinical exposure? From other forums, I've seen UoP produces great general dentists while UCSF leaves the students seeking a GPR to feel more prepared. Dental General Practice Residency in Canada
For any other Canadian dental students at a US school out there, would anyone be able to direct me as to where I can find more information regarding 1 year General Dentistry Residencies in Ontario/Quebec? Or provide personal or anecodotal experience? Specifically, I'm trying to find out:
-how competitive are these programs? are they highly sought after by a large portion of dental school classes in Canada?
-are applicants from Canadian/local dental schools looked at more favorably than...

Exotic 4th Year Externship Choice
I have a strong interest in exotic pet practice. I'm trying to decide whether to shadow an exotic practitioner that works in general practice or a exotic specialist. I'm trying to get opinions on which choice would be more beneficial to me after graduation.
If I go do an externship with the exotic practitioner, I get practical experience with more common cases that I'm likely to see in clinical practice, but on the other hand if I go with the exotic specialist, I will get to see techniques...
