ConclusionThis case emphasizes the severity and life-altering consequences of spontaneous spinal epidural hematomas. Despite various proposed causative factors, a definitive consensus remains elusive in current literature. Consequently, maintaining a low threshold of suspicion for patients with similar presentations is crucial.
