I want to share with you all my experience in doing business with Teladoc, a telemedicine company. If you know any physician who is considering working with them, please share my post. Pathway from integrated IR to NIR
Hey everyone, Just curious if anyone has experience with this? SIR had a blog post from 2018 that going from IR to NIR was only on a case by case basis as the traditional radiology pathway is DR-> neurorad -> NIR. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

NOT starting a side gig
Anyone else feel inundated with this idea of docs needing side gigs all over social media? I've bought into this for the past few years and have looked into plenty of things. Real estate investing, day trading, chart review, expert witness, telemedicine, youtubing, blogging, etc. etc. But the more I look into the people pushing this idea of physician side gigs, the more it seems like the best side gig is teaching people about some sort of side gig. Which comes across as pretty... NOT starting a side gig (Source: Student Doctor Network)

ALTIUS 507 -- > AAMC FL1 497? Pls help
Hi Guys! I decided to make this blog because I really need some guidance. This summer is my first attempt writing my MCAT and I, unfortunately, do not have the money to write multiple times so I am trying my best to get a good score the first attempt. My parents have offered to fund me if I have to rewrite, but they are really tight financially and I really do not want to burden them. So I have rescheduled my exam 2 times so far. Originally I booked it for June 28, and realized that was an... ALTIUS 507 --> AAMC FL1 497? Pls help (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Is it true that SGU intentionally forces certain students out?
I say 'intentionally' based on 2 online commentaries: 1. The ugly truth about Caribbean medical schools | Pamela Wible MD 2. Copy of replies from Tameer Siddiqui’s SGU blog The second link was posted in the comments' section for the first link. I'm applying this cycle and have considered SGU as... Is it possible/common to make passive income while in dental school?
I always see posts about the dental school debt, choose the cheapest school, live like a student, etc and that having a part time job during school is usually not feasible. But what about passive income? For example, there are people who blog/make youtube videos and get $ from ads or sell items on Redbubble. I see a lot of dental "instagram influencers" that are also brand ambassadors for different products (not just figs), and I image people could do that with other niche topics, such as... PhD in Canada and coming back to work in the U.S.
Hi everyone, I've been searching some threads, blogs, Q/A's with APA/CPA, but haven't really found an answer. I am a U.S. resident and will be applying to PhD programs in school psychology and/or combined clinical programs here in the states. I know it is best to complete your program here along with an APA accreditation if in the long run you're going to practice/work here. BUT I am thinking of applying for 1 program outside the US. It's in Alberta, Canada at the University of Alberta... PhD in Canada and coming back to work in the U.S. (Source: Student Doctor Network)
