62 hour work week for Oncologists? Seems a bit excessive...
I just came across these figures: http://mdsalaries.blogspot.com/2009/07/work-hoursweek-by-md-specialty-2008-ma.html It seems that oncologists work much more than I had imagined. Do these numbers seem correct? If so, is there anything oncologists can do to lower the number of hours worked, or are these hours pretty set by the demands of the employer? Savvy blogs on paying off medical school debt?
Does anyone follow any blogs that inform medical students on how to pay for medical school? I have come across really good blogs in the past, but cannot find them now, and I am also specifically referring to physician bloggers since they have the best insight into this issue. I expect to graduate with 300,000 in debt. Thanks! (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Tell CMS to properly value psychological testing
CMS is messing around with the RVUs of psych testing, and not in a good way. APA’s advocacy center has a quick way to send a pre-populated email to CMS that ensures our income. Students, clinicians, researchers, teachers, family members, etc: Please consider using the link, filling it out, and sharing with anyone who has interests in your income. I usually have my family fill these out too. https://www.votervoice.net/mobile/APAAdvocacy/BlogPosts/5112 (Source: Student Doctor Network)
