52. Prenatal evaluation of lethal and non-lethal congenital anomalies with new indices and multidisciplinary decision-making

Objective: Congenital anomalies (CA) which require urgent surgical correction in neonates (congenital diaphragmatic hernia, CDH; gastroschisis, GS) have various anatomical/clinical features and high mortality. We aimed to investigate role of standardized approach for prenatal evaluation and prognosis assessment. Study design: Retrospective and prospective hospital cohorts (2002 –2007, 2008–2013, 2014–2019) with review of pregnant women and neonates’ medical records, prenatal ultrasound reports and cytogenetic analyses.
