A Case–Case Analysis of Intralabyrinthine Schwannoma Versus Intracanalicular Vestibular Schwannoma

Otolaryngologists should maintain a high degree of suspicion for ILS in patients presenting with an asymmetric hearing loss, vertigo, and tinnitus.
