Palliative home-based care to pediatric cancer patients: characteristics and healthcare delivered

ConclusionsHome assistance was provided in a high number of patients, with a large proportion needing one or no hospital admissions and 70.1% of them dying at home. Further studies characterizing these patients and the factors which promote early access to palliative care are needed.
