Conclusion: Longitudinal SF6MBW in NBS infants and toddlers with CF demonstrated intermittent lung function impairment in the majority, and an overall gradual worsening, which calls for even earlier start of treatments such as inhaled hypertonic saline and CFTR-modulators.
