Outcomes of Multi Disciplinary Team Comprehensive Post Hospitalisation Follow Up for 420 COVID 19 Patients

Conclusion: Identifying the local population needs and the availability of NHS resources helped in developing integrated pathways merging efforts of main teams needed to look after such complex patients, with new MDT clinics and fatigue clinics started. A local model of post COVID 19 follow up was developed with red flags early identified to reduce hospital re admissions and long term complications
