Have a look at this list, I'm sure you should be able to a apply to a few! https://www.themedicportal.com/appli...ation-courses/ Having said that, it may not be what you want, but it would be significantly cheaper and potentially quicker for you to sit Biology and Chemistry a-level. Your A* in theology and ethics is fine, but you will need two more As preferably in Bio and Chem to get into undergrad. It's unlikely you'd be able to sit them in 2022, but you would certainly be able to self study and sit in 2023, for 2023 entry to a undergrad course.
