Characteristics and outcome of biopsy-proven malignant hypertension with severe kidney injury: A retrospective study
Conclusion: Clinicopathologically, accelerated essential hypertension differs from hypertension of glomerular disease. Degree of kidney injury at presentation is risk predictor for long-term morbidity in malignant hypertension.
