Case Report: Subconjunctival Triamcinolone Acetate–associated Scleral Necrosis: Is It Really Obsolete?

CONCLUSIONS Scleral necrosis is a potential complication of subconjunctival triamcinolone acetate. Judicious and cautious use of subconjunctival triamcinolone acetate is advocated for nonresolving anterior scleritis.
