A rare case of toxocariasis presenting with hypereosinophilic pericardial effusion and mycotic aneurysm

We report an unusual case of Toxocara infection in an eight-year-old boy who presented with intermittent fever, hypereosinophilia complicated by massive pericardial effusion and a mycotic aneurysm.
