A case of Bing-Neel syndrome treated successfully with ibrutinib monotherapy following intensive chemoimmunotherapy
The Bing-Neel syndrome (BNS) is a rare clinicopathological entity which refers to central nervous system (CNS) localization by lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma.1 Jens Bing and Axel Valdemar Neel in 1936 for the first time reported the presence of neurological symptoms in patients with hyperglobulinemia and no evidence of myeloma.2,3
