Risk factors for the mortality of hemodialysis patients with COVID-19: A multicenter study from the overall hemodialysis population in Wuhan
CONCLUSIONS: Maintenance hemodialysis patients are a highly vulnerable population at increased risk of mortality and prolonged virus shedding period in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Advanced age, decreased oxygen saturation, low DBP on admission, and complications like acute cardiac injury are parameters independently associated with poor prognosis.PMID:34137080 | DOI:10.1111/sdi.12995
