The effect of educational interventions on medication dispensing errors: a randomised controlled trial in community pharmacies in Jordan

ConclusionEducational interventions decreased the incidence of errors and reduced the clinical severity of incidents during dispensing. However, the effects of this approach on the system-induced errors (e.g. errors due to work overload and drug supply shortages) are limited.
