Hey guys just wondering about your input for this case. 90-year-old female with history of prior CVA, breast malignancy, hypertension, hypothyroidism, who came in after a fall at home. X-rays reveal a severely comminuted and displaced humerus fracture (fracture of both head and neck of the humerus) and right femoral neck fracture. CT of the head was unremarkable.
