Nephrotic Syndrome with Central Retinal Artery Occlusion: A Unique Presentation

We present here a case of a child with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) with bilateral central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO), whose vision improved with anticoagulation therapy.
