Reply to the letter to the editor regarding “predictors and outcomes of hemorrhagic stroke in reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome”

First, we thank the author of the letter for their interest and comments regarding our article [1]. Our study was focused on delineating the differential risk factors and clinical outcomes of hemorrhagic reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS). We found that intracranial hemorrhage was common among patients hospitalized due to RCVS and its occurrence was clearly associated with worse clinical outcomes.
