Difference of refractive status before and after cycloplegic refraction: the Lhasa Childhood Eye Study

ConclusionsLack of cycloplegia leads to underestimation of hyperopia, with overestimation of myopia and emmetropia. Larger hyperopic refraction exhibited greater difference between cycloplegic and noncycloplegic refraction.
