Massive intrasplenic arterial thrombosis in a patient with chronic ITP during the development of an Evans syndrome

We report an interesting case of splenic rupture due to massive intrasplenic arterial thrombosis in the course of ES in a patient with chronic ITP treated with eltrombopag.
