Prognostic impact of mean heart rate by Holter monitoring on long-term outcome in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention
ConclusionsMHR based on Holter monitoring provided important prognostic value and MHR > 78 bpm was independently associated with increased risk of long-term all-cause mortality in patients with STEMI, and its predictive validity was superior to admission or discharge HR.
